  3. Users of Loopy must accept this disclaimer of warranty. If you do not 
  4. accept this disclaimer, do not use Loopy. Loopy is protected by US

  25. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the 
  26. software for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many copies of 
  27. the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you 
  28. wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to 
  29. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software 
  30. and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  
  31. There is no charge for any of the above.

  33. You are granted a limited license to use Loopy, to copy and 
  34. distribute it, provided the following conditions are met:

  38. 2. Loopy may ONLY be distributed in its original, unmodified state,

  44. Loopy is distributed as Shareware. It is not free or public 
  45. domain. This means you may copy and distribute it freely but 
  46. should you find it useful and use it beyond an initial evaluation 
  47. period of 30 days you are obliged to pay the license fee. 
  48. Unregistered use of Loopy after the 30-day evaluation 
  49. period is in violation of federal copyright laws.

  58. reminder box. This number will be good for all subsequent Shareware 
  59. versions of the program that may become available.
